Fern 'Ghost' (Athyrium)

Perennials
Name Fern 'Ghost'
Botanical Name Athyrium

Frosted apple green fronds emit a ghostly white light in the shade. Along with the dark purple midribs and stems which hold the broad fronds upright otherwise dark, shady spots are brightened. Plant a variety of ferns together and create an elegant background or a graceful ground cover. If you have flowers you cut for use in vases add a sprig or two of fern leaves for contrast.
