Name Solomon's Seal
Botanical Name Polygonatum odoratum,' Variegatum'

Solomon's Seal, a lily, produces gracefully draped, white flowers in dry to medium soil. It is considered an Illinois wildflower and actually inhabits every county in the state (we've been told). Grows 18-24 inches and flowers appear in April and May. Works well as a cut flower. It does produce berries after flowering. This plant tolerates less than ideal conditions!
